Sensitized skin? Sensitive skin is more exposed to external factors such as cold, pollution, and/or treatments that cause tightness or burning. If sensitive skin is also exposed to superficial peels (e.g. Jessner: salicylic acid, lactic acid, resorcinol) it may need an immediate calming effect.
